This is The Cottesloe Beach Hotel in November 2022. Everyone called it "The Cott" in 1988. That beautiful cloudless blue sky is very typical of Perth in Spring and Summer.

A note before Tren starts: There is about a 4 and a half month break between the following letter and the previous one. I suspect that there wasn’t one written in that time.
